The Writer

My name is Thomas Lotito and I’m a graduating senior at Marist College. I’m an English major with a concentration in writing and I have minors in journalism and French. At one point I had a minor in philosophy. It’s not that I dislike philosophy, but I realized that I didn’t want to be Albert Camus, I just liked what he had to say. And to be quite frank I’d really rather be Neil Gaiman.

Outside of school I enjoy recreationally playing soccer and tennis, I have a black belt in a style of martial arts known as Tai-Kempo; and if at any moment I am not working my way through any book at all you should check my pulse. I’ll read anything from the humorous essays of David Sedaris to the bleak lives of Truman Capote’s characters.

I do a whole lot of nothing, but it stresses me out.
